Main Responsibilities of A MOM: JD of A MOM

Positions are in a 24X7 format:


Main responsibilities:

• Making sure baby is well-fed and clean
• Making sure baby is breast-fed, directly or pumped
• Making sure baby is introduced to solids at right time
• Making sure baby is safe at ALL TIMES
• Keeping baby entertained with activities that stimulate creativity and imagination
• Changing diapers, burping baby, patting baby to sleep
• Keeping note of baby's hygiene - bottoms, ears, nose teeth, hair, body
• Understanding sign language
• Understanding baby language
• Deciphering cries, shouts, yells, screams, tantrums, mumblings
• Proficient in providing fast and efficient first-aid
• Singing, reading stories, creating stories, tickling, cuddling, playing, kissing, laughing, crying, yelling, scolding, disciplining, explaining, talking, wrestling, carrying, walking, running, jumping, drawing
